Cancellation policy

You can cancel your Joyous Mail membership at any time using the manage-subscription link in any of our emails or by writing to joy@joyousbalance.com.

Cancellation stops all future renewals.

• Monthly memberships: Your current paid month will still be mailed to you. No further charges will be made after your cancellation takes effect.
• Prepaid memberships (3 or 6 months): Your prepaid envelopes will be mailed as scheduled. Prepaid memberships are non-refundable.
• Forever Stamp Circle: Your founding rate remains locked only while your membership stays active without interruption. If you cancel and later rejoin, current pricing will apply.
