Shipping policy

Envelopes are mailed from California around the 1st of each month. New members receive their first envelope with the next scheduled mailing.

U.S. shipping is included. International shipping is available, and pricing is calculated at checkout.

Real mail travels at its own pace. Most U.S. envelopes arrive within about a week after mailing. International delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks, depending on your location and local postal service.

If your envelope arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please email joy@joyousbalance.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and I'll happily send one replacement at no additional charge.
