Refund policy

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

Cancel anytime using the manage-subscription link in any email from us, or by writing to joy@joyousbalance.com. Cancellation stops all future renewals. If your current month has already been paid for, that month's envelope will still be mailed to you. No additional charges will be made after your cancellation takes effect.

 

PREPAID MEMBERSHIPS (3 OR 6 MONTHS)

Prepaid memberships are paid in advance for the full membership term. Because you receive the benefit of reserved pricing and scheduled fulfillment, prepaid memberships are non-refundable. All envelopes included in your prepaid term will be mailed as scheduled.

 

FOUNDING RATES

Your Forever Stamp Circle membership rate remains locked for as long as your membership remains active without interruption. If you cancel your membership and later rejoin, the pricing in effect at the time you rejoin will apply.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST MAIL

Sometimes mail has adventures. If your envelope arrives damaged or does not arrive, please email joy@joyousbalance.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We'll happily send one replacement at no additional charge.

 

RETURNS

Each envelope is made and mailed just for you, so there's nothing to return — keep it or gift it.
